The mission of E Wright Hardrick Management Company is to provide training for your faculty, teachers, leaders, and facilitators of adult learners that will become memorable, transferable, and effective.
The vision of E Wright Hardrick Management Company for its participants from different schools, businesses, and government agencies is that they will be able to apply everything they have learned from each session in our training.
About The Company
As a child, I knew I wanted to teach. As an adult, I returned to school to complete my education and realized things were different in the way I learned. In 1994, my dream started out as an idea, and my focus changed to include teaching adults. I began to teach and learn and realized my opportunity, my passion, and my desire to help others. And as such, E Wright Hardrick Management Company was established.
The E Wright Hardrick Management Company started in 2009 but has been in the education and training business for more than 25 years already. The company has worked with school districts, colleges, universities, and with the US Government programs. Dr. Hardrick, the managing director, has spent more than 25 years working in adult education and has had many successful courses and outcomes credited to using the techniques offered in the course.

About Dr. Eva Wright Hardrick
Dr. Eva Wright Hardrick is an administrator and education and training consultant. Eva has received many advanced degrees in Business Administration and a doctorate degree in Education with a specialization in global training and development. Eva has taught college-level business, marketing, project design, human resource, and management courses, where she has integrated many project-based learning activities into the course curriculum.
Dr. Hardrick enjoys reading, writing, training, coaching, traveling, meditating, and encouraging others to have a more focused and complete life. She is a life-long learner and continues to work, stay active, and she truly enjoys her life.
